Get ready for the most unforgettable end-of-year celebration yet – the Women in Insurance (Qld) Christmas Luncheon is back, and this year we’re turning up the volume with a Coachella Christmas!

Think festival vibes, summer sparkle, and a whole lot of holiday cheer.

Event details:

Date: Friday 12 December 2025

Time: 12.30pm to 5.30pm 

Venue: Brisbane City Hall, main auditorium 

Tickets: $220 for members, $250 for non-members (plus GST)

Dress Code: Dress to Impress – With Finesse (please ensure outfits are neat and respectful)

Allocated seating in tables of 10 (maximum of two tables per company!

5 hours of entertainment, 3 course sit down lunch, 5 hour drinks package

Charity Raffle 

Our charity raffle will be raising money for:

  • Care Kits for Kids Qld – who provide thousands of Care Kits (new backpacks filled with new clothing, toiletries, activities, stationery, books, toys and quilts) for children in care or crisis throughout Queensland each year.
  • Broken to Brilliant – who help mentor survivors to re-establish successful lives after they have safely left the abusive relationship and are out of crisis.

The raffle will be online and QR codes can be scanned at the venue to purchase tickets. Please note Apple Pay is not available, so please bring your debit/credit cards.

Website Tips & Tricks
We are aware of the overwhelming demand for this event, which in previous years has led to our website crashing due to the load. Some tips and tricks should website issues occur:

  • If you don’t have attendee names, put ‘Guest1, Guest2’. 
  • The website may not allow the same email address to be used for all attendees. It will accept made up emails (i.e. guest1@domain.com)
  • You need to be logged into a membership account to purchase a member ticket. Current/active membership is required to purchase a member ticket. The email address also needs to match the member’s email address contained on their membership account and their membership needs to be current.  
  • Our social media account will provide live updates should we have technical issues.

Our valued sponsors have been given the opportunity to pre-purchase a limited number of tickets which will also assist in reducing website traffic. 

Please note: Members are entitled to one member ticket per event. Your membership number is required when purchasing a member ticket. We recommend that you check your membership is current and up to date to ensure you are able to secure your member’s ticket.
