🎄 The Women in Insurance (Qld) Christmas Luncheon is back! 🎅

The elves are busy, the presents are being wrapped, and the countdown to Christmas is officially on because the Women in Insurance (Qld) Christmas Luncheon is back!

This year, we’re taking you straight to the North Pole for a Santa’s Workshop Christmas filled with festive sparkle, Christmas magic and plenty of surprises.

🎟️ Tickets go on sale from 10am on Monday 9 November 2026, so gather your favourite Christmas crew and get ready for one of our biggest celebrations of the year!

📍 Venue: Brisbane City Hall, Main Auditorium
🎟️ Tickets: $235 members | $265 non-members (plus GST)
✨ Dress Code: Keep it polished, bring the festive fun!

 Your ticket includes:

• Allocated seating at tables of 10
• Maximum of two tables per company
• Five hours of entertainment
• Three-course sit-down lunch
• Five-hour drinks package
• Charity raffle

 🎁 Charity Raffle

In the true spirit of Christmas giving, our charity raffle will by raising funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation – who help support sick and injured children and their families by funding life changing research, vital medical equipment and patient and family wellbeing programs.

The raffle will be online, with QR codes available at the venue to purchase tickets. Please note that Apple Pay is not available, so please bring your debit or credit card. 

🎅 Ticketing Tips from Santa’s Helpers

We know demand for our Christmas Luncheon is always incredible and, in previous years, high traffic has caused some website issues. To make securing your tickets a little easier:

• If you don’t yet have attendee names, enter “Guest1, Guest2”.
• The website may not allow the same email address for every attendee. Made-up guest emails can be used, for example, guest1@domain.com.
• To purchase a member ticket, you must be logged into an active membership account. The email address entered must match the email address associated with that membership.
• Our social media channels will provide live updates if we experience any technical issues.

Our valued sponsors have also been given the opportunity to pre-purchase a limited number of tickets, which will help reduce website traffic when general ticket sales open.

Members are entitled to one member ticket per event, and your membership number is required when purchasing. We strongly recommend checking that your membership details are current and up to date before tickets go on sale.
