He founded Salvos Legal and Salvos Legal Humanitarian in 2009\, before returning to Mills Oakley in 2017. He has extensive experience acting in historical abuse claims\, representing victims of human trafficking and labour exploitation and defending and prosecuting claims involving intentional torts. Luke is regularly briefed by major institutions in the most sensitive and significant common law claims and assists in their delicate resolution in a trauma-informed way.   He is widely regarded for his expertise in assisting institutions in responding to claims of child sexual abuse under a restorative justice framework and resolving sensitive and significant matters in a trauma-informed way. \n \n\n\n\n
