This event was to bring together our community on International Women’s Day, but was blown off course by a cyclone. The event will now be held on 16 May 2025 which is International Day of Living Together in Peace.
‘Accelerate Action’ is the 2025 IWD theme, focusing on the march towards a gender equal world, free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. It is a call to action, looking at decisive and tangible steps that we can take individually and globally. International Day of Living Together in Peace urges us all to listen, appreciate and respect our differences to bring understanding, connection and the dignified management of conflict.
Women, Dialogue and Peace.
We combine and serve the focus of these global movements and are privileged to have renowned international and local mediator, Alison Haly, as our guest speaker. She will offer insight and teach essential skills of dialogue, not only for our professional and personal lives, but to give hope as to how we can manage conflict and change the world.
This will be an outstanding event, not to be missed.
